Bridget Wilcox, 13

I’m Bridget Wilcox, and I'm from Gilmanton, NH. I’m with NHYCS because I believe in a green future with renewable energy and clean air + clean water. When the climate crisis strikes the youth will strike harder - we are the future!

Ilinca Drondoe, 15

Hello! My name is Ilinca Drondoe and I am from Bedford, NH. I joined this movement because we are the only species that can destroy the earth as well as protect it, and I believe that it is our duty to do the latter. I am looking forward to driving climate action and raising awareness by taking part in the Youth Climate Strikes! Aside from being part of the team at NHYCS, I'm also a member of the NH Youth Climate Legislative Council, working to create legislation that will help NH curb climate change. We have 11 years left to prevent irreversible damage from climate change - the oceans are rising and so are we.

Maggie Phillips, 19

Hello fellow humans! My name is Maggie Phillips and I go to Keene State College. I joined this movement because I believe young people have the ability to make a difference when they work in solidarity, and what better cause to fight for?! Climate justice is not only justice for humans, but justice for every living organism that could inevitably become a causality of climate change if radical action is not taken. We deserve politicians who not only acknowledge the climate crisis, but are dedicated to creating a better future for all of us on Earth.
